Sleep: Had a few nights u slept 5 to 6 hours straight after a few nights of you having to fuss it out, but then you got your 4th cold, and we are back to every 3
hours waking up to eat. Taking 2 2hr naps daily too.
Food: Started you on your first foods and you love carrots, peas, and sweat potatoes so far! Bananas ok, but not a fan of applesauce right now.
Activity: Starting to sit up with just a little support, still love your jump, jump and extersaucer. Also love to swing outside with your sisters. Then going on
walks too are great naps for you!
Trips: First time down to the beach and you did well! Another trip next month! Also cousin Adriaan came to visit!
