Preschool 2013-2014

Katelyn started 4 year old preschool with Mrs. Winslow and Ms. Wendy. She was so excited to start back school and see her friends. This year though some of the kids are going 5 days, while Katelyn is only going 4, so they have different teachers, but this way too she is meeting some new friends. It has already been a great start. We have worked this summer on writing her name and already she is doing a great job at it. Can't wait to start hearing her read and write more!

This is Haley's first year of preschool and though she doesn't turn 2 til Sept 6th, they let her go ahead and start in the 2 year old class. We also celebrated her birthday at school on this day. It is a very young group and all are second kids, so Mrs. Dshay and Mrs. Janet have their hands full! Haley was so precious though when she opened her book bag and realized its just like "Keate." Then she put her book bag on and was ready to go and honestly never looked back. She walked straight in to her class, no tearing her away from me like Katelyn, but Mommy was quite proud and ready for my 3 hour break!!! Haley was precious again though when I got back to get her, I got so many bear hugs! I think she missed me! haha! On the way home I asked her what she wanted for lunch, she responded, " night, night, mommy, night, night!" She did take over a 3 hour nap!
