To say Haley is full time and always full speed ahead is an under statement! She is into everything these days and you can't turn your back on her for one minute. For example, Friday afternoon, I went in to get her from her nap and she had managed to undo the velcro off the coverings of her crib rails and had put deep indentions into the rail with her teeth. So then I pull her out and put her down to reattatch the velcro, she manages to dump the humidier over with water spilling out! We then head outside and I start pushing Katelyn on the swing, Haley is over near the garden, but she usually just plays in the dirt and I was watching her, then quickly she grabs a rotting tomato and squeezes it all over herself, so I grab her and head inside to wash hands and change clothes. As i am getting a new shirt, she heads into the bathroom and unravels a whole roll of toilet paper! I was exhausted and this had only been maybe 15 min! But this is my life these days with her, she is constantly on the go!
She is still just as tiny, but eats all the time, but with her being so busy, she burns calories like crazy I guess.
I think she is finally dropping down to one nap a day, which is a challenge with Katelyn's schedule of school, but trying to make it work and make sure she gets a good nap, otherwise she is going to bed at 615pm because she is so tired.
She is also really starting to have a sense of humor. She loves to play hide and seek or peek a boo, but uses anything around to play, like a toy, or her lovie or her plate, in which the food dumps out everywhere and she thinks that is hilarious! She is always smiling though and mkaes us smile all the time!
Her new thing she has really gotten better at is using a fork and spoon now to eat. I am very impressed with her coordination, but she wants to do everything we do!
Her favorite new toys are baby dolls! She loves them! She will place them in the stroller and push them around. She hugs them or simply carries them around with her everywhere, which is funny because mom said i did the same thing and I even remember the one baby doll I had that I carried around so much.
I will probably wait and do the next real update at 15 Months!
